We like to make things as easy as possible for you. That's what My LeasePlan is there for: the user-friendly internet application with which you can manage your vehicle fleet online and your drivers can manage their vehicles.
What can the Fleet Manager do with My LeasePlan?
- Make, save and modify offers himself, based on your Car Policy as the case may be
- Order vehicles and consult the status
- Consult vehicle info (such as duration, driver and contract details)
- Consult operating details (in the case of an open calculation)
- Consult fines, damage claims and fill-ups
- Report new drivers and make driver changes
- Request documents
- Request short-term vehicles
- Check, compare and archive (optional) invoices online.
What can the driver do with My LeasePlan?
- Make and change offers as many times as he likes
- Choose a vehicle quickly and easily, from a fixed selection list as the case may be
- Check his own monthly contribution directly
- Enter changes and consult the status
- Request documents
- Report damage easily
- Consult fines, claims and fill-ups
The fleet manager decides who has access to the various parts of the application. You decide beforehand in the car policy which vehicles your drivers can order. Of course, the vehicle will only be ordered from the dealer after your agreement.
