Fuel
If fuel is provided in the contract, your fuel card should be found in the board documents of your new car. The PIN will be sent separately. If this is not the case, please contact our DriverCare staff (+32-78-150 600).
Please note: the service card in conjunction with your PIN is worth money! Always keep them apart. Improper use and the resulting costs will be charged to you or your employer. Loss or theft must be reported immediately to the police and LeasePlan.
Reimbursement of various expenses
LeasePlan pays all invoices relating to the maintenance and repair of your vehicle. There may be times when for some reason you need to pay expenses yourself (e.g. a faulty fuel card, oil top-ups between service visits, etc.).
How can you get reimbursed for costs incurred?
Complete the document entitled "Request for reimbursement of costs incurred". This document can be found in your LeasePlan folder.
Remember:
- to include supporting documentation
- your application must be made no later than six months after the costs are incurred
- to clearly indicate your bank account details
- the invoice must be made out in the name of the legal owner of the vehicle
and include the VAT number. You can find this information on the registration
certificate among your vehicle documents.
