LeasePlan DriverCare is the contact point for all LeasePlan drivers. You can reach our staff during business hours (Mon to Thu 08.00 - 17.30 and Fri 8.00 - 17.00) if you need to:

  • make an accident report or ask questions about the settlement of a claim
  • report problems with your fuel card or request a new fuel card
  • report a vehicle breakdown
  • ask for a replacement car
  • make an appointment with Carglass for a repair

Emergency roadside assistance, glass breakage and accidents are handled by LeasePlan Assistance and the glass repairers who can be contacted 24 hours per day and 7 days per week on +32-78-150 600.

Winter tyres

Change them on time

Are you on the road a lot in winter weather and have you still not got winter tyres? Or do you want to change your winter tyres? Then make an appointment with the supplier in good time. It can sometimes take several weeks to get tyres delivered.
