Internet Quotations is an online tool with which you can place an order for a new vehicle and make a quotation.
Picking up your vehicle
What checks do you need to carry out when you receive your vehicle?
- The vehicle should be fitted with all the accessories and options listed on the order. If not, you should not accept the vehicle and immediately contact our DriverCare staff by calling +32-78-150 600.
- Write the number of keys you receive on the handover sheet.
- The vehicle must be equipped with standard packages required by law:
1. warning triangle
2. fire extinguisher
3. first aid box - Also check the contents of the folder containing the on-board documentation. This folder
should contain:
- the official on-board documentation:
- the registration certificate (or a copy of the registration certificate)
- the certificate of conformity
- the insurance green card (if included in your contract)
- the documents provided by the car manufacturer and by LeasePlan:
- the manufacturer’s user manual and maintenance booklet
- the instructions for using the anti-theft system (also the radio code where appropriate)
- a European Accident Form
- application forms for reimbursement of expenses
- orange envelopes for posting these forms
- a parking disc
- car check document
- the official on-board documentation:
Can you leave your old car behind when you pick up a new one?
If you wish to leave behind your current LeasePlan car, a temporary car or a replacement vehicle, please mention this on the reception document.
You may not use your car:
- in countries not listed on your green card;
- otherwise than in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines;
- for competitions in which speed is the most important factor;
- if the driver is not in possession of a valid driving licence;
- if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or any other substance that can affect driving ability.
